Your team must be excited, proud and appreciative of your org culture. When everyone "owns" it, the whole organisation and all its initiatives will thrive.
Our philosophy and our culture are very important to why we are who we are. And everything is connected. So what we read, who we listen to, how we lead, how we are led, what we know and all that influences us is what it takes to be us. But the goal here is not to be us; instead, it is to be the best version of yourselves. By getting to know us better, you might in turn understand yourself and your organisation better.
